Experience a mindfully designed and carefully curated collaboration of movement, techniques and real-world tools to change your relationship with stress. Our retreat heightens understanding of innate stress responses and awareness of your personal symptoms of stress. We then move into a series of activities that deactivate the stress cycle. You'll leave joyfully relaxed with a suite of additional skills that will change the way you respond to life's challenges.
