what hypnotherapy & NLP can't do.

Let's get real about hypnotherapy. While Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP are powerful tools for change, they’re not magic wands. They work best when you’re ready and willing to do the work — not as a quick fix or a way to sidestep your own readiness.

There are boundaries — and for good reason.
Hypnosis isn’t suitable for everyone. If someone is experiencing severe mental health symptoms like hallucinations or delusions, this isn’t the right therapeutic fit.

Your autonomy matters. Always.
Despite what pop culture might suggest, hypnotherapy should never be used to ‘erase’ memories. That crosses a line — one that disrespects the integrity of the person and the therapeutic process itself.

As for the “cluck like a chicken” myth?
No, hypnosis can’t make you do anything that goes against your values or will. You’re not handing over control — you’re engaging in a process that supports your own internal shift. That’s the real magic.
