This policy outlines the terms regarding service bookings, cancellations, and digital product purchases. It is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Professional Services (Hypnotherapy & NLP)

Your Mind Redesigned provides professional hypnotherapy and NLP services tailored to individual needs. As professional services are delivered in real time and require preparation and reserved appointment space, the following applies:

• Fees are payable at the time of booking or as agreed.

• Once a session has been delivered, refunds are not provided except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

• If you have concerns about your session, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your feedback.

Outcomes vary between individuals. No guarantee of specific results is provided.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: no fee.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: session fee may be forfeited.

• Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”): full session fee may be forfeited.

We understand unforeseen circumstances arise and will consider exceptional situations at our discretion.

3. Digital Products (Hypnotic Downloads)

Digital hypnotic downloads are delivered via instant access.

Due to the nature of digital content:

• Refunds are not available once access has been granted.

• Change-of-mind purchases are not refundable.

• If you experience technical difficulties accessing your product, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

• If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days for review.

4. Exchanges

Professional services and digital products are not eligible for exchange due to their personalised and digital nature.
