Hypnotherapy, for me, is an extension of the powerful benefits of meditation. I’m continually inspired by the way combining talk therapy and hypnosis can bring about real, positive change. This approach allows the subconscious mind to take an active role in breaking through challenges and resolving issues—making it a collaborative journey, not just a solitary process.

Working with clients is the most rewarding part of my work. When we begin, we’re embarking on a journey together, one built on trust, support, and mutual respect. I see every client as a whole person with unique experiences, not just as someone with a "problem" to solve. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen and understood, so we can work together to make the shifts and progress you’re seeking. Hypnotherapy with me is very much a team experience.

As a dedicated life-long learner, I’m always expanding my knowledge. I’m a registered member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association and take part in regular group and individual supervision, as well as continuous professional development. These practices keep me growing in my skills and understanding, so I can continue to bring the best to my clients. Hypnotherapy is such a fascinating field, and I feel incredibly grateful to be a part of it, helping clients regain control and move forward with confidence.
